This is not a review about the Garmin 760 but the Customer Service behind it. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Amazon and never had a problem, but when my Garmin 760 arrived it had a small crack in the screen. I notified the return dept and the "VERY NEXT MORNING" on my doorstep was a new replacement. They also emailed me Return Authorization labels and kept me informed by email about the whole thing.I was absolutely floored to have gotten the new one even before I sent the old one back, Amazon has a customer for life......One last thing the 760 is a great GPS...
